What You Will Do
- The Engineering Program comprises six assignments over two years, focusing on key technical areas such as Installation and Service Operations and Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales).
- After completing the program, you'll be well-positioned to advance your career in a role that matches your skills and interests.
Skills You Will Develop
Installation and Service Operations:
- Technical Skills: Grasping engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Equipment Installation: Setting up and calibrating systems.
- Maintenance & Repair: Conducting routine checks and repairs.
- Customer Support: Communicating technical solutions clearly.
Collaboration: Engaging with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, and Front Line Sales):
- Product Knowledge: Understanding the specifications and benefits of our offerings.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building and nurturing client relationships.
- Communication & Presentation: Simplifying complex concepts for non-technical customers.
- Negotiation Skills: Closing sales deals with confidence.
- Market Analysis: Identifying client needs and industry trends.
- Problem-Solving: Crafting tailored solutions for our clients.
- Sales Strategy: Understanding pricing models and competitor analysis.
- Collaboration: Working seamlessly with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Must be a UAE national with a family book.
- Passion for pursuing an engineering-based career.
- Adaptability to work with a diverse team.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Previous internship experience in related fields would be a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
