Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Technology, or a related field required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or mechanical systems, with exposure to technology implementation or R&D initiatives.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams or innovation projects.

  • Familiarity with digital construction and operations tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Procore, or Bluebeam.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and business units.

  • Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, or prefabrication systems a plus.

  • Vendor negotiation and evaluation experience.
