The Role
Leads Dunkin’s emerging-market franchisee growth model by translating growth plans into execution, improving operational readiness, creating local demand, supporting grand openings, and strengthening franchisee capabilities. Partners with Marketing, Training, Development, Analytics, and Real Estate to drive market development, guest experience, throughput, new-unit readiness, and profitable growth. The role requires coaching franchisees, cross-functional leadership, and up to 60% travel.
Summary Generated by Built In

This critical role is charged with helping Dunkin’ build sustainable, profitable growth in new and emerging markets and establish the brand as a stronger growth player outside of core markets. As Dunkin’ expands its footprint in priority markets, the Franchisee Growth Consultant (FGC) will serve as the field execution leader for the Emerging Markets support model, helping franchisees strengthen local execution, improve readiness, create market-level demand, and blunt competitive expansion from other beverage and QSR players. With a focus on building strong foundational network systems and restaurant operations, this role works closely with field partners across Training, Marketing, Development, and Analytics to support a unified franchisee and brand growth strategy. The position helps franchisees build the capabilities required to scale, with a focus on creating and capturing demand, improving operational readiness, and accelerating profitable growth and market maturity through a high-touch support model.

  • Grand Opening Commitments: In partnership with Field Marketing, ensure all Grand Opening requirements are met for loud and proud entry into communities.
  • Training & Organizational Capability: Act as an extension of Field Training and NRO teams, support leadership development, onboarding, succession planning and organizational readiness.
  • Operational Growth Enablement: Improve operational capability, guest experience, ROE progress, throughput and business performance.

What We Do

Inspire Brands was founded in February 2018 with a vision to invigorate great brands and supercharge their long-term growth. In an industry facing increasing disruption, our leaders saw an opportunity to build a restaurant company unlike any other – one that brings together differentiated yet complementary brands and aims to make them stronger than they would be on their own. Found inherently in the purposes of our family of brands, we identified a common thread between our restaurants – the capacity to inspire. From guest experience to career development to community well-being, Inspire plays a role in the lives of millions of people every day.
