We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer specialising in Go-To-Market (GTM) roles to join the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the EMEA Sourcing Team Lead, this role can be based remotely in either the UK or Germany. You will be responsible for:
- Sourcing candidates for GTM roles in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success across EMEA
- Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage passive and active talent
- Screening initial candidates for skills, experience, and alignment with company culture
- Partnering with hiring managers to refine ideal candidate profiles and develop tailored sourcing strategies
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Fluent-level German proficiency and sourcing experience across Germany/EMEA
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing for GTM roles
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools and Boolean search techniques
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Proven experience sourcing candidates in the DACH region markets or other European markets
- Experience scaling talent pipelines in fast-growth SaaS or technology companies
