The contribution you will bring to this role: 

Reporting directly to Basic Concept, Inc.’s Sales Director, the EMEA Regional Sales plays a key role in expanding business development activities and new business sales for BCI products, therefore, playing a key role in the company’s bottom line. Being at the forefront of our EMEA sales, this position is based remotely in the region and will focus on driving new business development for substation secondary containment production line. Key industries will be electrical utilities (transmission and distribution focus), and the engineering firms and contractors working with these industries. This position will be required to develop a new territory and grow a new account base. You will be actively participating in short and medium-term business strategies, capable of defining future budgets, sales bridges and business plans.

What you will do at Justrite: 


  • Drive profitable growth that exceeds sales targets in the EMEA region. 
  • Account Management / Customer Contact: Visits, execute day-to-day call cycle management, using a wide variety of techniques from traditional sales methods to highly technical consultative sales techniques. Staying in front of the customer (Up to 80% of the time). 
  • New Account Acquisition: Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets with cold calls, gaining company registrations and standards and actively searching for new accounts. 
  • Sales and Regional Planning: Develop and execute a regional territory plan to identify new markets, penetrate those markets and close sales. This will be a prospecting and new account development heavy role. 
  • New Product Roll-out: Visit key accounts, representatives, and others to market new products.  Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. 
  • Pricing / Account Administration: Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports for support. 
  • Trade Shows: Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and telemarketing events. 

  

Your skills and expertise: 

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:  

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • >5 Years of proven success in selling and sales management, preferably in the industrial and contractor market.
  • Experience working in a team preferably with a small to medium-sized company.
  • Proven experience managing current customers and developing new customers. 
  • Experience working in a private equity-owned company is a plus.
  • Proactive lead generator, a hunter in the field, ambitious and enjoys working to targets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Salesforce
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, background in a fast paced, B2B sales environment is a must, experience in performing in a metrics-based sales organization, ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff, customers and partners, strong networking and communication skills, demonstrated comfort making decisions in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluent in English 
  •  Ability and willingness to travel at 70% or greater. 

Compensation: 

The compensation will be commensurate with experience.  Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets. At Justrite, we have an annual evaluation system that supports professional and financial growth based on achieved results and objectives.
