What will you do
Reporting directly to the EMEA Products Finance Leader, this Finance Manager role has the primary responsibility for supporting the Commercial Sales organization in EMEA Products.
How will you do it
- Partner with Sales leaders to drive profitable product growth in the respective lines of businesses
- Develop Annual Plan, Forecasts and in-month pulse checks for Secured Orders & Revenue and prepare presentations upward to EMEA Products Leadership
- Provide detailed revenue reporting on Product Families and Channel Partners
- Develop relationship with Sales Leadership to understand market dynamics, share position and pricing of products along with incoming orders forecast.
- Developing relationships with Equipment Factories and use commercial understanding to help influence manufacturing capacity, product profitability targets, etc.
- Work with Operations team to ensure proper S&OP practices
- Review and approve special commercial contract terms, discounts and credit checks to ensure strong cash/DSO performance
- Conduct weekly cash calls and monitor cash collection / past dues performance
- Review and approve Sales Incentive plans to ensure alignment with financial objectives
- Monitor and control Selling Cost for the product domains
- Perform special projects as deemed necessary
What we look for
- Minimum 6 years of increasing responsibilities with experience in public accounting (Big 4 firms) and/or internal audit function of a multinational manufacturing corporation
- Accounting/Finance experience with minimum 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Excellent analytical skills, experience in OneStream, data analytics, early AI adoption and Oracle/SAP navigation preferred.
- Previous experience finance business partnering with a commercial sales channel, manufacturing or field delivery business
- Strong knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley regulations required.
