Join our team as EMEA Product Owner - Point Of Sales and help define, develop, and enhance our point-of-sale software solution. You will act as the strategic link between business needs, end users, and technical teams, with the mission to ensure a smooth, secure, and high-performing experience for our customers.
The role is remote, can be based in any location within EMEA, preferably in United Kingdom, Benelux, France or Poland.
You will report to the Commercial Excellence Director, Architectural Coatings EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy Definition: Develop the vision for the stores software, build and manage the roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work with stakeholders (customers, sales, marketing teams) to gather requirements, ensure alignment across our Architectural EMEA business processes, and serve as the product reference point.
Agile Product Management: Prioritize and maintain the backlog, write user stories, and actively participate in meetings and discussions with development teams.
Market Analysis and Quality Assurance: Conduct market research, analyze data to guide decisions, define acceptance criteria, and ensure deliverable quality with QA teams.
Support and Continuous Improvement: Create training materials, support users, monitor post-launch performance, and integrate feedback to improve the product.
Budget Management: Oversee product-related costs
Qualifications
+5 years acquired in similar position/ related project of Software B2B deployment in stores environnement would be appreciated. International Experience would be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Point of Sales systems, payment processing, and related technologies.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Sensitivity to user experience and ergonomics.
Understanding of security and compliance standards (payment, data protection).
Ability to integrate Point of Sales with other systems
Proficiency in English is a must have
