What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate payroll processing with ADP for EMEA countries ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Process payroll updates including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, bonuses, and contract changes.
- Validate payroll data from HR systems and internal platforms, performing monthly payroll checks, variance analysis, and reconciliations.
- Prepare payroll reports, analytical reviews, and supporting data for Payroll Management, audits, compliance checks, and internal controls.
- Analyze payroll trends, headcount movements, and payroll variances to support operational and management reviews.
- Contribute to global payroll projects, including automation, system enhancements, and process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure seamless payroll operations.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of payroll experience for EMEA countries.
- Strong understanding of EMEA payroll regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Local Professional payroll qualification.
- Experience with ADP payroll software is preferred; Workday experience is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, reconciliations, and payroll reporting.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
- Hybrid working model – currently 3 days per week in the office.
