The Role

This is a key role in the global marketing team. It requires a mix of skills and experience across a range of marketing and communications disciplines. That includes product and content marketing, creative campaign management, event marketing and client engagement, social & digital marketing and broad external communication.

The Marketing Manager, EMEA will be responsible for creating and implementing revenue-linked marketing campaigns to support our EMEA regional growth plans. They will partner closely with regional and local sales leaders and product managers to identify and target client segments and product needs, then develop the appropriate promotional materials and approaches to successfully reach them. That will include management of successful end-to-end marketing, from audience and needs analysis to value prop development through to creative production and campaign implementation and, important, reporting and analysis.

How You’ll Help Take Us There

  • Work with sales leaders, P&L owners and product managers to define and implement regional and client-segment marketing strategies
  • Support the strategy, and the development of content, for key EMEA client and prospecting events, working with global events manager
  • Create impactful global marketing content
  • Play an important role in supporting external and internal brand communications
  • Play a key role in further developing a robust, creative framework and best-practice approach for global marketing
  • Be a strong strategic go-to-market advisor to sales teams
  • Support leadership and executive comms and storytelling
  • Success will be measured on:
      • Impact of campaigns on target audiences, primarily through demand generation metrics, but also through brand perception and industry share of voice
      • Stakeholder engagement and sales support – making sure that sales and business leaders have all necessary tools and education to go to market effectively
      • Content production / material output & impact – consistent drumbeat of new thought leadership and engaging content
      • Creativity, communication and impact – the delivery of new ideas and approaches

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, in either financial services or a strongly associated industry (i.e. complex, regulated)
  • Bachelor’s degree required, specialization in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Results-oriented with a track record in creating and executing successful and measurable integrated communication and marketing programs
  • Ability to simplify complex information without losing key ideas
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong self-motivation: ability to work autonomously, develop highly-functioning working relationships
  • Excellent people skills; be an influencer, advisor and partner
  • Strategic, but able to deliver tactically and be hands-on
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required, professional proficiency in an additional language a plus
