As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will develop integrated campaigns and sustainment action plans for Fluke EMEA – driving execution forward for multiple complex programs, initiatives, and product lines. Our campaign managers work with Commercial Strategy, Sales, and Product Marketing to gain an in-depth understanding of our customers, including various personas, jobs-to-be-done, and product applications. You will partner with execution teams across Channel Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Creative Services, Web Development, and external agencies to ensure all customer-facing touchpoints reinforce the strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Establish together with our Commercial Strategy team monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans inclusive of, but not limited to multi-channel campaigns to establish our brand with our target audience, gain credibility in the market, drive demand for our products, and build loyalty and advocacy among our existing customers.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns and sustainment action plans. This includes planning, messaging development, creative briefing, asset creation management, and supporting activation through our Channel Marketing and Demand Generation teams.
  • Closely follow-up on campaign development, track progress and inform partners on the status in a very structured manner.
  • Analyze, review, and present campaign performance monthly/quarterly to partners and recommend areas for additional exploration and improvement; and optimize/right-size the marketing plan to address gaps or opportunities based on findings.
  • Being the EMEA marketing ambassador for our Marketing and Sales teams, and collaborating with our Global Marketing Teams to strengthen our global brand.
  • Apply a curious mind to always look for the latest insights, developments, potential for experimentation and learnings; being open to pro-actively sharing with the wider team.
  • Understanding (digital) customer journey thoroughly, linking offline and online seamlessly offering the best experience to the customer
     

Your Team

  • You will be part of the EMEA Marketing Communications team, a very diverse team of different nationalities, various talents, and professional backgrounds. This mix of people and skills brought together makes one outstanding whole. As part of your onboarding program, you will join a short introduction to each Fluke department, participate in product and application training, join customer visits, meet the commercial strategy and marketing teams, and partake in many fun activities. No day is the same in the Marketing team!
     

Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, (digital) marketing, communications, or related field;
  • 5+ years of experience within a mid-to-large size company responsible for vertical market campaign strategies, building and carrying out 360 marketing campaigns;
  • Extensive project planning and managing skills, able to balance multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a consistent track record of delivering powerful messaging; ability to write and/or edit customer-facing marketing communications;
  • A combination of B2B (lead generation) and B2C experience.
