The EMEA Field Marketing Director will report to the Vice President of International Marketing and will lead a team of field marketing professionals based in London and Paris. We are seeking a results-driven marketer with a growth mindset who can lead the field charge for our EMEA business to make NICE stand out as the clear market leader in customer experience. This role requires a strategic visionary with strong creativity, sales collaboration skills, event management expertise, and leadership capabilities.
The role will be responsible for leading how we plan, forecast, implement and measure Field Marketing initiatives. The core goal will be to create and foster highly positive and constructive relationships for sales teams with prospects measured through leads and opportunity creation.
How will you make an impact?
- Own, develop and execute field marketing plans to drive demand generation, land new logos and achieve new business pipeline targets.
- Lead the front-line charge and public face of NICE EMEA jointly with Sales and other key functions in all public interactions.
- Run sales and brand promotion field activity to promote and elevate NICE through owned events, fireside chats, market launches and industry tradeshows.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support field marketing efforts.
- Create a sales support layer to contribute to major pitches with design support, creative concepts, and surprise & delight offerings.
- Monitor and analyze field performance to provide insights to optimize strategies and investments that deliver the best ROI.
- Organize and track the EMEA Planner board with a view on all activities and calendar events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and corporate marketing, to drive integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the mid-market segment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in field marketing and lead generation to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Plan and control the EMEA field marketing budget working with procurement and finance to ensure 100% accurate budget management.
