Responsibilities

You will navigate into our rotational assignments in:

  • Engineering:

  • Engineering abroad:
The program will include visits to manufacturing sites and to equipment suppliers abroad. It provides valuable hands-on experience with different processes, technologies and ways of working while encouraging cultural and cross-functional understanding. The insights and best practices gained can then be transferred back enabling participants in the program to add value in their future roles.

Program locations: The program starts in St Andreu, Barcelona, continues in Vic, Barcelona, and includes time at one of Avient's locations abroad. The program ends in St Andreu, Barcelona, and the future position after successfully completing the program is in St Andreu, Barcelona.
