Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Business Partner to join our Sales and Go-to-Market team. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement Business Partner EMEA, you'll be responsible for:

  • Partnering with first and second-line sales leaders, utilizing current tools to provide a targeted and data-driven approach to define enablement programs 
  • Managing region-specific enablement requests and projects designed to increase Account Executive productivity, deliver and execute said requests.
  • Providing continuous coaching and support to Account Executives, helping them apply training concepts in real-world scenarios
  • Collaborating with vertical and product SMEs  to develop best practices and help implement process improvements
  • Translating global programs into region specific delivery to drive desired results

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Sales Enablement with sales/sales support experience preferred
  • Sales and/or enablement experience, with a deep understanding of sales process, skills, ideally in a SaaS 
  • Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate business value with a good sense of how sales professionals think and operate

  • You have a proven ability to champion best practices and enable sales excellence through value-based selling methodologies.
  • You collaborate effectively across functions to identify gaps, design solutions, and deliver enablement programs that drive measurable sales outcomes
