We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels including field, email marketing, ABM, search & paid retargeting
  • Create and execute demand gen programs which build and accelerate the pipeline 
  • Work closely with sales, product, and other parts of the marketing organization to continually improve and optimize our tactics
  • Analyze and share results, trends and insights
  • Reporting along with marketing analysts  track, measure, and provide progress reports. Use key data and reports to uncover trends to aid decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and other 3rd parties as needed
  • Partner closely with entire marketing team to ensure campaigns are as impactful as possible 
  • Ability to think strategically AND roll up your sleeves to get things done

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, product, operations, or a related field
  • Experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and managing programs that scaled
  • Experience in hyper-growth environments is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Effective at partnering with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience executing high-impact marketing programmes that build demand, increase awareness, and exponentially grow revenue
  • Executional excellence. Able to consistently deliver on time and on budget
  • Expertise in, or ability to quickly learn, tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.com
  • High energy with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-pace environment
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven professional
