Join Marsh’s Regional Benefits team in Poland and help deliver a consistent, competitive benefits experience across EMEA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will report to the Regional Benefits Leader, EMEA within the Benefits & Mobility Center of Excellence. The scope covers 48 countries, ~22,000 employees, and up to four entities per country.
We will count on you to:
- Support execution of the Regional Benefits strategy across EMEA with global and local stakeholders
- Partner with People Partners, local leadership, and Mercer Marsh Benefits consultants/brokers to manage plans across Europe and the Middle East
- Lead and coordinate annual renewals (benchmarking, plan design updates, eligibility/coverage reviews, and local input)
- Monitor legislative, market, and benefits trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Contribute to cost optimization and harmonization initiatives across business units
- Support benefits workstreams in M&A and organizational changes across the region
- Help roll out global well-being initiatives and local enhancements with HR and business leaders
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in international benefits and/or rewards programs
- Proven ability to manage benefits operations and stakeholders across levels and geographies
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with vendors/service providers
- Experience supporting renewals, cost initiatives, and process improvement/harmonization
- Comfort working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Proactive, agile mindset with a strong sense of ownership
