What success looks like in this role:

Unisys are seeking Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to work as part of the EMEA regional program.You will be responsible for executing and managing Unisys’s EMEA Advisor Relations program with key industry influencers by increasing the company’s visibility, interaction and influence with a diverse advisor and analyst community.

The role is a mix of internal and external advisor relations activities that include developing strong relationships with key advisor relations firms that are influencing buying decisions in the Unisys market.

To implement a program to navigate the Third Party Advisor (TPA) landscape, provide ready access to advisor firms, and build, manage and nurture strong relationships with key individual advisors with the objectives of ensuring:

  • Unisys capabilities and successes are fully and accurately understood by the advisor community

  • All opportunities brokered by TPAs of interest to Unisys are known to Unisys sales early in the sales cycle

  • Unisys is routinely included among recommended vendors invited to bid for these opportunities

  • Direct link between the advisor and Unisys sales lead is maintained during a pursuit

  • Provide confidential back-channel for both sourcing advisor and Unisys during and after pursuit

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience within a relevant strategic and tactical marketing role

  • Experience in the Third Party Advisor (TPA) and or Analyst Relations industry or as a TPA relations manager for a vendor, or working in the ITO (information technology outsourcing) industry with focus on building relations with TPA organizations.

  • Has broad network of current TPA contacts in the IT outsourcing space.

  • Possesses domain expertise, global industry or specific industry and client business knowledge required to perform the job.

  • A background in Sales and/or consultancy

  • Experience in social media and digital marketing

  • Experience with marketing / sales automation tools such as Eloqua and/or Salesforce.com

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong project management and relationship building skills
