Responsible for validation engineering function of EMC, electrical test of HV and LV products, such as eDrive,inverter, OBC,ECU etc.
Responsible for EMC lab management compliance with ISO17025.
Has a sense of self-motivation and can work under pressure.

Key Accountabilities
- Work with project team to architect test scope base on requirements and specifications (internal, external, customer etc.) DFMEA,PFEMEA, robustness analysis, etc.
- Work with project team to generate detailed test plan and DVP for each project.
- Prepare test tool before test, diagnostic tool, load simulation, fixture, harness etc.
- Training the internal and external lab staff about product setup, test standards , test plan etc.
- Onsite supervise test execute ensure the right method, setup used; lead DRBTR(design review base on test report) after test
- Drive and coordinate internal and external laboratory resource within short validation time.
- To submit and follow up 8D, deviation approval process on test relative.
- Use management tool to follow up issues, archive document, such as VEGOS, Teamcenter, SharePoint etc.
- Visibility to a range of new technologies of BorgWarner products.
- Meet Departmental Cost / Quality / Objectives.
- Internal lab management of test sites,data, record, equipment, technician training, immediate check, OEM certification etc.
- Lab 5s and SHITSUKE
- Other relative work supervisor assigned.
Key Competencies
- Bachelor or above degree in Electrical/electronics, 5 years or above working experience in eDrive EMC test area.
- English reading / writing is a must, fluent oral English is preferred.
- Has knowledge in electronics and electrical product, embedded system validation experience.
- Good test skill in EMC, electrical, function test. Familiar with test equipment and test software, dyno,receiver, spectrum, signal generator, amplifer, oscilloscope, network analyzer,EMC32,Toyo etc.
- Has audit skill of EMC test, can audit external laboratory on technical region.
- Well know the test standard ISO11452, CISPR25, ISO7637 and Volvo,BMW OEM standards etc.
- Good experience with CAN tools such as CANoe/CANaylzer.
- Positive attitude and Team oriented.
- Integrity and honest in relation with company, clients and co-operators
- Competence of estimating, planning, tracking and control of projects
- Good understanding of Inverter/OBC/DCDC Products will be an added advantage.
- Strong sense of safety in the work.
- Good PC application skill is must.
- Electrician license is preferred.
