Job Description- You will contribute on embedded software/firmware of connected products for video surveillance, smart sensors and security.
- Creating software/firmware components in C/C++ and Python.
- Developing, maintaining, and contributing to Yocto-based embedded Linux build systems.
- Included in a multidisciplinary team you will interact with different stakeholders located in Ovar and other worldwide R&D locations.
- Creative and ready to come up with innovative approaches and solutions.
- Academic Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge in coding of C/C++ and Python.
- Knowledge of embedded Linux operating systems, shell script, and Git is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of video applications software development is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Behavioral:
- Ability to analyze and debug problems (critical thinking).
- Communication skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Team player (worldwide projects with different cultural backgrounds).
