Main Responsabilities
- Performs basic product design, testing and/or analysis work for a defined portion of a project. Operates in a team environment, providing input to design solutions and participating in design reviews. Develops recommendations within established guidelines; work and decisions are reviewed by supervisors before implementation.
- Design new and existing embedded software controls for JDPS.
What Skills You Need
- C for embedded development
- Model Based Software Design & Simulation (MBSD)
- Auto Code Generation
- Python or other scripting language
- Knowledge of CAN or other communication protocol.
What makes You Stand Out
- Knowledge of CAN or other communication protocol.
- Good understanding of control theory.
- Experience working with analog/digital electronics.
- Experience with Software Real-Time Operating Systems.
Education
- B.S. Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Digital Systems, and Robotics Engineering or similar.
