Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for developing embedded pose and sensors group
- Coordinate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure development meets downstream needs
- Manage system architecture to ensure the sustainable growth and stability of the system
- Develop a productive team culture and best practices to ensure stable and testable software development
Qualification
- Experience with state estimation systems, ideally in the field of robotics or motion control
- Experience with technical leadership, team lead, or small team management
- Experience with cross-team requirements gathering and planning
- Embedded systems development on resource-constrained devices ranging from MCUs to MPUs
- C++ experience in a safety-critical environment
Bonus Qualifications
- Linux kernel. Experience controlling hardware from the kernel
- Experience with Yocto or other embedded Linux build frameworks
- Experience with networking technologies
