What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide technical support for NVIDIA Jetson platforms, focusing on Embedded Linux, embedded AI, computer vision, and edge computing applications.
Support customers with board bring-up, JetPack integration, BSP configuration, system integration, and hardware/software debugging.
Deploy, optimize, benchmark, and troubleshoot AI workloads on embedded platforms, with focus on inference performance, latency, memory usage, and power efficiency.
Support AI acceleration and deployment using technologies such as TensorRT, CUDA, DeepStream, ONNX Runtime, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related frameworks.
Support multimedia and computer vision use cases including camera integration, video pipelines, sensors, and real-time processing.
Collaborate with NVIDIA FAEs, customers, sales teams, and internal engineering teams to accelerate technical evaluations, PoCs, and design-in activity.
Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, demos, reference material, and internal enablement content.
Participate in customer trainings, technical workshops, supplier initiatives, and internal enablement sessions.
Translate technical capabilities into practical customer solutions and business value.
Support additional embedded systems, AI, or strategic initiatives as required by the team.
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, AI or related field.
5+ years of experience with Embedded Linux systems.
Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Jetson or similar embedded AI computing platforms.
Strong experience deploying, optimizing, and troubleshooting AI workloads on embedded or edge computing systems.
Experience with TensorRT, CUDA, DeepStream, ONNX Runtime, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI deployment technologies.
Strong understanding of embedded AI challenges, including performance optimization, memory constraints, hardware acceleration, and power consumption.
Experience with computer vision, video analytics, perception systems, or edge AI applications.
Experience with Linux kernel, device drivers, BSPs, bootloaders, and embedded system architecture.
Strong debugging skills for complex hardware/software integration issues.
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with customers, FAEs, sales teams, and supplier stakeholders.
Ability to connect technical work with customer adoption, design wins, and business objectives.
Proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives beyond day-to-day technical support.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home
