We are seeking a skilled Embedded Engineer (Hardware) to join our dynamic team.
As a Cognyter you will:
- Be part of the R&D Hardware Team developing electronics for complex embedded systems
- Be actively involved in the full product life cycle – research, design, manufacture, test and maintenance
- Work on embedded firmware development, integration, test and debug
- Contribute to development and review of embedded hardware
- Assist with prototype PCB and system validation and test
- Support product manufacturing, integration and field issue resolution
For that mission you'll need:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or related field
- Strong proficiency in C programming for bare metal microcontrollers
- Experience in developing drivers for LAN, CAN, I2C, SPI, UART and USB devices
- Strong understanding of electronics components, datasheets, and schematics
- Experience with standard electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, electronic loads, and protocol analyzers
- Excellent English – verbal and written
- An endlessly curious mind
Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:
- Experience developing with MPLAB IDE & Harmony
- Experience programming in VHDL, Verilog or Python
- Electronics hardware design
- Experience with RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators
Skills Required
