What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute territory, market segment, and account growth strategies.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in embedded systems markets (Display, Compute, Storage)
- Generate and manage a robust pipeline of design-win opportunities by supporting SALES Team in order they achieve revenue, gross profit, and strategic growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and emerging technologies
- Establish and maintain executive and engineering-level relationships within key customer accounts.
- Understand Customer roadmaps, challenges, and product development strategies and lead technical and commercial discussions throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Provide deep technical guidance on embedded processors, SoM, Industrial PC, Display, AI/ML edge computing, connectivity, security, operating systems, and software ecosystems.
- Deliver customer presentations, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Develop strategic relationships with semiconductor manufacturers and ecosystem partners.
- Promote supplier technologies and product roadmaps.
- Align joint business plans with supplier objectives.
- Identify co-marketing and co-development opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, FAE, Product Marketing, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams.
- Lead opportunities through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Drive resolution of technical, supply chain, and commercial issues.
What we are looking for:
- Extensive experience of embedded systems compute, display storage and software
- Knowledge of Semiconductor industry with a technical sales background
- Advanced understanding of embedded hardware and software ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor technologies, embedded computing, edge AI, industrial IoT or related technologies and connectivity solutions.
- Understanding product development, lifecycles and design processes.
- Knowledge of key industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity considerations.
- Ability to influence decision-makers at customer executive, engineering, and procurement levels.
- Serves as a subject matter expert within the organization.
- Direct impact on design-win revenue, strategic partnerships, and long-term business growth.
- Initiative attitude, high energy and motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team collaboration environment
- Ability to speak good technical English
