What You'll Accomplish
- Serve as an email marketing expert to drive the desired results for a customers multi-channel strategy in close partnership with our Customer Success Managers
- Analyze and monitor program KPI’s and health metrics to proactively advise on the continued improvement and health of a customers email program
- Act as the first point of contact in resolving and/or escalating technical blockers or incidents preventing your customers from achieving success
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and the broader email landscape - staying up to date on industry trends and best practices
- Help in the continued development and roll out of Attentive’s email best practices
- Collect customer feedback as well as your own experience to influence the product development cycle as well as specific product requirements
- Accurately forecast renewals and escalate customer risk
- Contribute to the continued development of the Attentive Customer experience
Your Expertise
- 3+ years of account management experience required (ideally at an ESP or CDP)
- Strong product vision and knowledge of the inner workings of the email ecosystem; experience with email deliverability a plus
- Demonstrated ability to strengthen the relationship with existing customers (e.g. turning detractors to promoters, developing Attentive “champions”) and proactively getting ahead of risks that could impact customer retention
- Experience with HTML/CSS, APIs, SFTP, webhooks and platforms often integrated with the leading ESPs
- Thrive in a fast paced, innovative work environment
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
