As our Email & SMS Developer, Adobe Campaign, you will...

Step into a pivotal role as a driving force behind comprehensive B2C Email, Mobile, and Push marketing strategies utilizing Adobe Campaign. Your proficiency in Adobe Campaign will be central as you customize messages, handle data configurations, and deliver insightful analytics. Lead client engagements, manage project workflows, and serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring the success of marketing initiatives.

Be Accountable and Responsible

  • Manage multiple email projects, and clients concurrently using Adobe Campaign
  • Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality solutions specifically 
  • Create dynamic, personalized marketing assets using HTML and CSS 
  • Utilize pre-existing HTML templates for design and image editing in Adobe Campaign
  • Conduct email compatibility tests across various platforms and providers using Adobe Campaign
  • Create diverse email campaigns, including trigger-based, responsive design, and re-contact campaigns, while ensuring proper maintenance of client email files
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and other email legislation in all client communications 
  • Deploy multiple email campaigns daily and oversee email and SMS execution across clients within Adobe Campaign, ensuring timely and error-free completion
  • Automate email execution processes, activities, and reporting 
  • Provide technical support and train other team members on Adobe Campaign best practices
  • Utilize platform-specific coding languages and SQL for queries and tracking code implementation within Adobe Campaign
  • Manage subscriber lists and counts within Adobe Campaign
  • Perform QA/QC tests and seed list sends for email and SMS 
  • Troubleshoot and address ESP issues within Adobe Campaign
  • Work with customer and platform data, maintaining the IT Wiki specific to Adobe Campaign
  • Collaborate with Client Service and Business Development teams as an SME on additional Adobe Campaign platform capabilities
  • Understand and fulfill client call expectations and follow established processes for Adobe Campaign tasks

These are the qualifications we are looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with proficiency in Adobe Campaign
  • 2-3 years within ESP coding language(s) and advanced email automation
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and scripting languages for dynamic email content creation
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign for marketing automation and marketing resource management
  • Familiarity with SQL for data querying, tracking, and code implementation
  • Proficiency in email testing and QA processes across various platforms/providers
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns, projects, and clients simultaneously
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, while adhering to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of additional Adobe Experience Cloud applications is preferred (CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Photoshop or similar design applications for email template creation is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot ESP issues
  • Understanding of customer data management and maintenance practices
