About Marketing team:


The marketing team handles comprehensive 360º communication and comprises over 200 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million. As a marketing team member, you'll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brand's growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.


And now, we are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company’s growth.


The Email Marketing Team is responsible for crafting and sending emails for our suite of innovative SaaS products like pdfFiller, workFlow, and signNow. They manage everything from transactional emails to comprehensive promotional campaigns.

But their role goes beyond just sending emails. The team is focused on achieving meaningful goals. While they track standard email metrics, they also prioritize larger objectives, such as re-engaging dormant users and ensuring ongoing user satisfaction and engagement.


Moreover, the Email Marketing Team excels at what they do, boasting an impressive 99% email deliverability rate. While they operate independently within the marketing department, they are also the go-to experts for other departments seeking email-related advice and assistance.


What you'll be working on:

  • Monthly digests: Leading the preparation and timely delivery of digests, continuously seeking opportunities for content improvement;
  • Regular manual campaigns: segmenting audiences, launching email campaigns, and collecting performance metrics for regular manual campaigns initiated by other teams;
  • Campaign Development: Monitoring and optimizing current email workflows; conceptualizing and launching new ones;
  • Tech Stack & Trends: Keep abreast of the latest email marketing trends and technologies, and work on incorporating them into our existing tech stack;
  • Metrics & KPIs: Monitor email performance metrics and broader team KPIs. Formulate hypotheses to improve these metrics;
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and developers in email creation;
  • A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing A/B tests, monitoring and analyzing results to inform future campaigns.

What we expect from you:

  • English at a B2 level or higher is a must for team communication, content evaluation, task setting, and documentation;
  • Minimum of 2 years in email marketing or digital marketing management, including agency experience;
  • Must possess strong logical reasoning skills along with creative problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong time management skills while overseeing multiple projects;
  • Understanding of how to form hypotheses and conduct A/B testing for campaign optimization.
