The N2 Company is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with three to five years of experience creating, managing, and executing multi-funnel email marketing campaigns. The Email Marketing Specialist will manage end-to-end campaign production (emails, texts, etc.), including audience creation and segmentation, promotional planning, creative scoping, campaign execution, performance analysis, A/B testing, and reporting.

Interviews for this opening will be conducted over the phone and via video calls. This role will be fully remote, but the applicant must be available to work during Eastern or Central Standard hours. Remote team members are expected to be available and communicative during scheduled work hours Monday through Friday via text, cell phone calls, office chat, and virtual meetings.

- Conduct audience segmentation using first- and third-party user data.
- Create and execute full-funnel email marketing plans.
- Develop creative and promotional planning for email campaigns.
- Utilize email platforms like Google Analytics for measurement and analysis.
- Run A/B testing of promotions and creative assets.
- Have three to five years of experience in a robust email marketing role.
- Have three to five years of experience using Constant Contact, Mailchimp, or other email marketing platforms.
