We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, targeting, setup, testing, execution, reporting, and optimization. 
  • Demand Generation: Manage forms and lead scoring to nurture prospects through the marketing funnel. Run AI-powered sales campaigns.  
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling email content, including copywriting, design, and layout. 
  • Segmentation: Utilize data and analytics to segment audiences and personalize email communications. 
  • Automation: Implement and manage email marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and engage customers. 
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance and improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with industry regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing/Advertising (or related field of study) or equivalent experience 
  • 2-5 years of integrated B2B marketing experience supporting the following functions: sales and marketing 
  • 1-3 years of experience with marketing automation tools; Pardot and Salesforce preferred and knowledge of 6sense Conversational Email is a plus 
  • Comfortable with email production tools and familiar with critical email marketing concepts such as dynamic content, campaign development Pardot Engagement Studio, email deliverability best practices, email regulations and email performance KPIs (Key Performance Indicator). 
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects from inception to completion and incoming priorities from various teams, with proven history of keeping key stakeholders apprised of project status and performance 
  • Experience with generating and analyzing reports from Salesforce & Pardot 
  • Thorough with testing, proofing, organizing, and analyzing data, and is meticulous with details 
  • Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills 
  • Experience working under tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment 
  • Adaptable and ambitious, taking on new projects with enthusiasm 
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment 
  • Highly organized and able to manage their time, business relationships, schedule multiple meetings, and stay on top of multiple communications
