We’re not looking for someone who just “sends newsletters.” We’re looking for a Lifecycle Architect and CRM Strategist who understands how to turn engagement into action. You know that great email marketing isn’t about blasting promotions, it’s about building the right journey for the right audience at the right time.

Your mission is to build and optimize UJV’s lifecycle marketing engine, transforming our advisor database into one of the company’s most valuable growth assets. You’ll create personalized experiences that deepen advisor engagement, strengthen loyalty, and drive measurable pipeline and booking growth across our luxury travel brands.

What You’ll Own1. Lifecycle & CRM Strategy

You will own and evolve UJV’s CRM ecosystem within HubSpot, building scalable segmentation and lifecycle strategies that move advisors from new leads to highly engaged, high-value partners. You’ll continuously improve audience targeting, engagement scoring, and database health to maximize conversion opportunities.

2. Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

You will build and execute high-performing email campaigns across nurture flows, co-op campaigns, re-engagement sequences, and conversion-focused initiatives. You understand how to balance strategy with flawless execution, ensuring campaigns are timely, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.

3. Segmentation & Personalization

You will develop sophisticated segmentation strategies based on advisor behavior, engagement history, booking trends, and destination interests. You know personalization goes beyond “first name” tokens, and you understand how to make every campaign feel intentional and relevant.

4. Automation & Funnel Development

You will create scalable automated workflows that support long-term growth, including onboarding journeys, nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and conversion funnels. You think beyond one-off sends and build systems that continuously move advisors through the lifecycle.

5. Performance, Optimization & AI-Powered Growth

You will own email performance reporting and optimization, tracking metrics such as engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI. You’re naturally analytical and constantly testing, iterating, and improving. We leverage AI to move faster, and you’ll use AI-powered tools to improve targeting, messaging, efficiency, and performance insights.

Who You Are (The “Lifecycle Strategist” DNA)The CRM Thinker

You have 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within complex or high-consideration industries. You understand how to build systems that drive long-term engagement and conversion, not just campaigns.

The Conversion Marketer

You think beyond opens and clicks. You understand how email marketing impacts pipeline, booking conversations, and revenue growth, and you know how to optimize toward business outcomes.

The Segmentation Expert

You’ve built audience segmentation frameworks and automated lifecycle journeys that create personalized customer experiences at scale.

The Operator

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven. You can manage multiple campaigns, workflows, and priorities without sacrificing quality or strategy.

The Analytical Optimizer

You love data and testing. You use performance insights, A/B testing, and reporting to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and advisor engagement.

3–5 Years of Results

You’ve owned CRM or lifecycle marketing strategies that drove measurable engagement, conversion, and retention results.

Technical Must-Haves
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot or similar CRM/email marketing platforms.
  • Experience building segmentation strategies and automated lifecycle workflows.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, database health, engagement scoring, and list hygiene.
  • Experience creating nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking performance metrics, attribution, and conversion impact.
  • Experience with A/B testing, UTM tracking, and campaign optimization.
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, targeting, and messaging.
  • Native-level English with strong conversion-focused copy instincts and attention to detail.
