Your Mission
Email Campaign Development & Management:
- Plan, design, and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
- Create engaging and personalized email content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure email templates are optimized for various devices and platforms.
Audience Segmentation & List Management:
- Identify target audiences and grow our email subscriber list.
- Segment email lists based on behaviors, preferences, and engagement metrics.
- Maintain and update email databases for lead generation and nurturing.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Collaboration & Compliance:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align email strategies with overall business goals.
- Ensure all email communications comply with current best practices and industry regulations.
Your Impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of proven experience in planning and executing successful email marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with HTML and content management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
