We’re searching for an Email Prompt Engineer in Ho Chi Minh City to design, refine, and execute high-impact AI prompts for ChatGPT, excel in Klaviyo marketing, and create compelling copy for SMS, checkout flows, and product naming. By blending creativity with data-driven insights, you’ll help propel D2C campaigns for top American brands—all in English.

• Design, Refine & Execute Prompts: Develop and optimize AI-driven prompts in ChatGPT for email, SMS, checkout designs, and product naming.
• Integrate with Klaviyo: Seamlessly incorporate prompt-driven content into Klaviyo automations, focusing on segmentation and personalization.
• Champion A/B Tests: Plan, write, and execute A/B (split) tests on subject lines, offers, and creative elements to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Cross-Channel Innovation: Extend AI-driven strategies beyond email—enhancing product pages, landing pages, and other D2C marketing touchpoints.
• Collaborate Globally: Work daily in English with international teams, thriving in Vietnam’s dynamic and fast-paced market.

• English Proficiency: IELTS 6.5+ (or equivalent), enabling seamless communication and campaign execution in a global environment.
• Marketing/Copywriting Experience: Proven background in AI prompt engineering or copywriting for D2C marketing.
• Klaviyo & ChatGPT Skills: Hands-on experience using Klaviyo for email workflows and ChatGPT (or similar AI) for generating creative content.
• A/B Testing Familiarity: Skill in planning, writing, and analyzing A/B tests to refine strategies and boost results.
• Analytical & Creative Balance: Ability to blend data-driven decisions with compelling storytelling—driving high engagement and conversion rates.
• D2C E-commerce Focus: Understanding of direct-to-consumer approaches, ensuring prompts and creative content resonate with modern online shoppers.
