Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual to join the Video Services Customer Communications team as a Email Development Program Manager for DISH TV and Sling TV. The team is responsible for email and In App messaging. This team supports the acquisition and retention marketing communications, customer communication for any changes to the programming and regulatory communication. Additionally, the team plays a crucial role in managing customer expectations and maintaining satisfaction by providing timely and informative communications regarding programming changes.
The Email Development Program Manager will be responsible for operational support of email messaging for DISH TV and Sling TV. This includes targeted marketing communications aimed at attracting new customers and nurturing existing relationships. This role will ensure that all customer communications comply with relevant regulations. They will coordinate with internal partners to manage timelines and expectations. The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and a high level of technical understanding. This is an in-office position, working out of our Englewood, CO office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of email campaigns
- Partner with acquisition and retention teams to ensure email messaging requirements are well-defined, actionable and aligned with business goals
- Monitor process, verify deliverables and ensure all outputs meet quality standards before release
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status of campaigns, risks and release updates. Escalate issues with clarity and propose alternate solutions when appropriate
- Define and assign clear task ownership, monitoring progress and ensuring timely execution through accountability
- Ensure thorough documentation, communication and tracking of all email campaign-related issues in relevant systems, working with teams to resolve any issues
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is preferred with 1-3 years of similar professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JSON
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple requests, working both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize in order to meet deadlines
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders to present information in a professional and effective manner
- Ability to think through customer journeys and consider customer expectations as they navigate the journey
- Ability to adapt and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Airtable is a plus

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
