Email Developer – Salesforce Marketing Cloud

About the Position
The ideal Email Developer candidate has extensive experience coding HTML based emails and some experience doing so within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position will be part of a team that executes for a customer in a regulated industry where accuracy is the primary objective (over speed).

Responsibilities

• Review and slice customer provided graphic design files (i.e. PSD, images, etc).
• Hand code HTML and CSS for emails ensuring it is cross browser\client compatible.
• Develop responsive and mobile first emails.
• Develops dynamic content by utilizing AMPScript and\or SSJS.
• Develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud email templates and content blocks for use within emails.
• Stays current on Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform features and capabilities.
• Assists with developing best practices and processes that the entire team will follow.

Requirements – Senior

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree

• 5+ years’ experience developing emails in HTML
• 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Preferred  

• Certifications: SFMC Email Specialist
• Experience in a regulated industry is preferred but not required.

Requirements – Role

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree

• 2+ years’ experience developing emails in HTML
• 1+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Preferred

• Experience in a regulated industry is preferred but not required.

Requirements - Associate

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS

Preferred

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience in a regulated industry is preferred but not required.
