Overview:
As an Email Campaign Specialist, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the topics and events moving today’s markets, creating and coordinating timely email campaigns across a wide range of industries to drive client engagement. Collaborating with partners across departments, you will curate content for email outreach, managing the campaign lifecycle, and maintaining a dynamic marketing calendar. Additionally, you will implement A/B testing to optimize email performance, manage trending topic promotion according to news flow, and ensure QA standards are met ahead of client-facing releases.
This is a hybrid position based out of our New York office.
What You'll Do:
- Curate upcoming and recent events into cohesive themes that add value to our clients’ research process
- Craft dynamic subject lines and headlines to draw users’ interest and drive engagement
- Manage the workflow for daily email digital campaigns, including development, execution, and analysis tailored to audience-specific goals
- Keep informed on trending market events and relevant topics to anticipate what will content resonate with the needs of our sophisticated audience
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to maintain a dynamic and diversified marketing calendar
- Generate innovative ideas for continuous testing and learning, leveraging A/B testing and data analytics to maximize performance
- Function as an in-house expert for email communications, managing the content calendar, collaborating across departments, and tracking the entire campaign lifecycle to monitor performance
What You Have:
- BA/BS degree required (Marketing, Communications, English, and/or Business major a plus)
- 1–3 years of editorial experience at a financial communications, news, or media organization
- 1+ year of experience leveraging email or digital marketing to promote content
- Ability to demonstrate analytical skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English with polished editorial skills and strong proofreading capabilities
- Ability to meet fast-moving deadlines while managing multiple requests and collaborating with others
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in simple and easily understood language

The annual base salary range for this position is $71,000 - $78,000.

Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
