The opportunity
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Email Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our Email Marketing team! In this fast-paced role, you’ll drive subscriber growth across our primary newsletters, working toward quarterly goals for key audience segments.
You will be responsible for acquiring email subscribers for our socials, attracting new followers via paid ads, and converting subscribers through targeted email campaigns. You’ll also track weekly list growth across all our newsletters, gaining insights that support long-term strategy.

Location: Philippines
Working Hours: 9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR)
What you'll do
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to support social media initiatives.
- Analyze email campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the social media team to integrate email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Create compelling email content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Manage and segment email lists for targeted and relevant communication.
- Create landing pages for acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all email communications.
- Implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Support email and social team initiatives, including acquiring email subscribers from social media and gaining social media followers from email campaigns, for multiple brands.
- Work on Reddit and paid ads for email and social acquisition.
- Build and design emails to engage and grow the audience.
Who you are
- 1+ years experience in email marketing, campaign management, and audience acquisition, with specific skills in driving both email and social media followers through integrated strategies.
- Skilled in using leading email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, Sailthru) to design, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics, with expertise in audience segmentation and targeted communication to enhance engagement and acquisition.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for compelling content, alongside the ability to create visually effective email templates.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, project management, and communication skills; adaptable in fast-paced environments with a commitment to staying current in digital marketing trends.
- Experience in paid advertising, including social media, with strong A/B testing and optimization abilities to maximize acquisition results.
- Must have a working laptop/pc and internet and back-up connection
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.
Monthly Pay Range
₱40,000—₱55,000 PHP
