◾Job Description
1. 提供Server產品售前與售後技術服務
2. 產品技術文件撰寫與維護
3. 系統操作包含軟體驅動、韌體與系統整合之工作
4. 新產品測試與驗證
◾Qualification
1.熟悉 Windows及Linux (Yocto/Ubuntu/Debian)系統安裝與操作
2.具備電腦軟硬體組裝與安裝技能
3.英文聽說讀寫程度中等以上

◾Job Description
•Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for products.
•Write, maintain, and update product technical documentation.
•Troubleshoot and analyze issues, collaborate across departments to clarify and resolve issues, and provide feedback to customers.
•Test and validate new products. Provide product training and technology transfer, and assist in product promotion.
•Be able to travel for short-term assignments when necessary.
◾Qualification
Master's degree or above.
Major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
Technical Skills:
•Embedded Systems Development: Proficient in various embedded system architectures, operating systems (such as Linux, RTOS), hardware platforms (such as ARM, x86), and related development tools.
•Software Development: Expert in programming languages like C/C++ and Python, with familiarity with relevant development frameworks and tools.
•Machine Learning and Deep Learning: Experienced in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model optimization techniques.
•Hardware Acceleration: Proficient in hardware accelerators like GPUs、NPUs and FPGAs, and capable of deploying AI models onto these accelerators

Skills Required
- Eligibility for the R&D substitute service program
- Windows and Linux system installation and operation, including Yocto, Ubuntu, or Debian
- Computer hardware and software assembly and installation skills
- Intermediate or higher English listening, speaking, reading, and writing proficiency
- Master's degree or above
- Major in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proficiency with embedded system architectures, Linux or RTOS, ARM or x86 platforms, and related development tools
- Expertise in C, C++, and Python, with familiarity with relevant frameworks and tools
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch and model optimization techniques
- Proficiency with GPU, NPU, and FPGA hardware accelerators and AI model deployment
