Guardian Tax is expanding our Chandler team and looking for driven, coachable sales professionals who know how to build rapport, communicate with confidence, and close deals.
This is a 100% inbound sales role. No cold calling. Clients come to us seeking help with IRS and tax debt issues. As a Sales Closer, you’ll take the time to understand their situation, explain how our services can help, and guide them toward a resolution that can meaningfully improve their financial situation.

- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals
- 1–2 years of phone sales or inside sales experience required

Schedule- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One half-day Saturday per month
- Full-time, in-office position (Chandler, AZ)
