SUMMARY
The Support US Creative needs. Reporting to the Creative Team Lead, this role will focus on concepts, art directing, and creating various assets for the US region needs. This role will ensure branding standards are met, translate US marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Work closely with the Creative team, US Marketing, Digital and Retail teams to understand project objectives and strategy.
  • Generate clear ideas and concepts (produce mockups, storyboards, roughs) based on briefs from cross-functional partners.
  • Design, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging video content and animations for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, incorporating transitions and motion graphics based on briefs.
  • Create content for social media including animations and some motion graphics.
  • Design marketing collateral such as direct mail pieces, event materials, Kits, GWP, presentations, packaging inserts, Emails, and landing pages.
  • Develop badges/icons, Illustrations, and educational infographics.
  • Own ad hoc channel for incoming requests such as resizes, last minute paid and online needs.
  • Take work from concept to final execution while meeting deadlines.
  • Review vendors work to ensure high quality.
  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our US creative projects.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
  • 2-4 years of digital and print graphic design.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and After Effects with a working knowledge of video editing software such as premiere.
  • Experienced in both digital and print design with a working knowledge of video.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated expertise in discerning aesthetics for photography, fonts, and layouts, with an eye for composition, typography, and design principles.
  • Strong art direction, packaging, and graphic design skills.
  • Have a “roll-up your sleeves,” entrepreneurial attitude where no task is beneath them.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work well under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach with an appropriate sense of urgency.

 

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000/yr.
