ELEMIS is seeking an entry-level Coordinator, US E-Commerce to support the ELEMIS.com direct to consumer business. You’ll be an integral member of a cross-functional team that works quickly, creatively, and collaboratively to drive conversion & sales while ensuring a high-end customer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Day-to-day support in maintenance and timely updates to content and merchandising of ELEMIS.com
- Management of inventory levels for saleables, GWP products, bags, etc.
- Daily management of backorders, cross-referencing information from multiple platform data sources, and conveying actions to Customer Care team
- Partner with the Customer Care team, providing support on order status, promos, etc.
- Support set up, testing, and reporting of ELEMIS.com promotional rules for GWPs and discounts
- Support in build and testing of email and SMS campaigns
- Support daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly digital KPI reporting
- Audit and report on key competitor activity weekly and across key promotional moments and present back informed findings to broader team
- Provide project support as needed for digital programming, such as sampling, sweepstakes or database organization and segmenting
- Support digital team in front- and backend testing for site upgrades
- Coordinate updates to store or spa locator and updates to the brand blog as required
- Other duties as assigned
Sustainability Responsibility

- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA), 1-2 years of experience in online retail as an intern or full-time a plus
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel with the ability to learn new programs; Google Analytics and E-Commerce platform experience a plus
- Ability to successfully multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail Oriented, excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to work cross-functionally
- Proactive, flexible, and hard working
- Experience in consumer retail or cosmetics industry a plus
*The salary range for this role is $63,500 to $66,500 annually.
