Job Description Summary

Als Mechatroniker für Automatisierungstechnik sind Sie damit beauftragt, hochmoderne Maschinen und Anlagen zu konstruieren, zu installieren und zu betreuen, die dazu beitragen, Produktionsprozesse effizienter und zuverlässiger zu gestalten. Dabei kombinieren Sie Mechanik, Elektronik, Informatik und Steuerungstechnik, um komplexe Systeme zu schaffen, die autonom arbeiten können. Sie arbeiten eng mit Ingenieuren, Technikern und anderen Fachleuten zusammen, um innovative Lösungen für die Automatisierung von Produktionsanlagen zu entwickeln.
As a mechatronics technician for automation technology, you will be tasked with designing, installing and maintaining state-of-the-art machines and systems that help to make production processes more efficient and reliable. You will combine mechanics, electronics, IT and control technology to create complex systems that can work autonomously. You will work closely with engineers, technicians and other specialists to develop innovative solutions for the automation of production systems.

Job Description

Ihre Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Projektierung von elektrischen Schaltanlagen / Schaltschränken für Maschinen und Anlagen im Niederspannungsbereich.
• Schaltplanerstellung mittels E-CAD-System „WS-CAD“.
• Bestellanforderungen zu projektierten Komponenten bzw. Materiallisten erstellen.
• Programmieren von fehlersicheren SPS-Steuerungen für Maschinen und Anlagen, vorzugsweise Siemens, mit TIA-Portal.
• Erstellen von Visualisierungen und HMI-Bedienoberflächen für die Maschinen- und Anlagensteuerungen, vorzugsweise mit WinCC Advanced (Unified) im TIA-Portal.
• Inbetriebnahme der Steuerungen am Standort und in den Schwesterwerken.
• Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation zur Betriebsanleitung und CE-Kennzeichnung der Maschinen und Anlagen.
• Einarbeitung in Keyence Bildverarbeitung.

Your tasks

• Independent project planning of electrical switchgear / control cabinets for machines and systems in the low-voltage range.
• Creating circuit diagrams using the “WS-CAD” E-CAD system.
• Creating purchase requisitions for planned components and material lists.
• Programming of fail-safe PLC controls for machines and systems, preferably Siemens, with TIA Portal.
• Creating visualizations and HMI user interfaces for the machine and system controls, preferably with WinCC Advanced (Unified) in the TIA Portal.
• Commissioning the control systems at the site and in the sister plants.
• Collaboration in the documentation for the operating instructions and CE marking of the machines and systems.
• Familiarization with Keyence image processing.

Required Skills and Education

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrik / Mechatronik, Meister oder Techniker.
• Einbringen von Initiativen und Ideen (Flexibilität, Kreativität).
• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
• Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
• Bereitschaft für Dienstreisen und zur Weiterbildung

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the field of electrics / mechatronics, master craftsman or technician.
• Contribution of initiatives and ideas (flexibility, creativity).
• High sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
• Willingness for business trips and further training
