Job DescriptionDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on site.
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour resources.
- Ensure compliance with DIN/VDE regulations and project specifications.
- Review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical submittals.
- Plan daily and weekly work activities.
- Monitor labour performance and productivity.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Coordinate with mechanical, CSA, commissioning, and client teams.
- Support testing, energisation, and commissioning activities.
- Assist with project scheduling and short-term planning.
- Manage material deliveries and ensure installation readiness.
- Produce progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
- Meisterbrief (Elektrotechnikermeister) or equivalent recognised German qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong electrical installation background.
- Experience managing site teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of electrical testing and commissioning processes.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
