Descripción del empleoWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Electronics Equipment Engineer to join our team in Aguascalientes, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Implement standardized manufacturing process for new products
- Work with suppliers to procure equipment based on technical specifications
- Be responsible for the construction, timely delivery, installation and commissioning of equipment used in new product lines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in electronic equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for electronic systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 - 10 years of experience in electronics engineering, preferably in automotive electronics, industrial automation.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., IPC, ISO)
- Familiarity with the product development lifecycle
- Advanced English
- Programming skills with PLC Siemens, Test instruments from Keysight, National Instruments, Rohde & Schwarz or languages like C, C++ and Python
- Experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes and multimeters
- Proficiency in CAD software such as Altium or OrCAD
- Proven expertise in circuit design, analysis, and PCB layout
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
