We are looking for a highly motivated Electronics Engineer for our team here in Queretaro.
This role will be responsible to be involve in tear down and analyzing all mechanical parts and electronic components present on the PCB (counting, measurements, searching for datasheets...). Creating block diagrams for applicable ECUs from the Electronics Engineer Service teardown program.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Take pictures of components
• Use photoshop to create the location picture for each components
• Analyze each components (quantity, number of pin, marking)
• Find the datasheet of components
• Update each properties with the datasheet or other information find on the web
• Identify all the components used for communication and complete the BUS file.
• Conduct internet research if function or component is unclear or if innovative technical solutions are detected.
• Prepare list of part and update the indicator file.
• Take pictures for each sequence of the teardown.
• Analyze each connector on PCB (dimension, type, number of pin…)
Requirements
Professional Background
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics
- Proven background in electronics industry or interest for the teardown process preferably automotive electronics.
- Minimum basics in written and spoken English
Skills and Abilities
- Profound understanding of electronic components and in-vehicle networks.
- Analytic approach and the ability to combine information from different sources
- Ability to extract and present relevant information and to understand which data is irrelevant
- Be able to work alone and debrief / report activities - Autonomy
- Willingness to perform internet research to identify unknown components.
- Photoshop, Excel, Microsoft Visio
