  • Design, develop, and test Printed Circuit Board (PCB) prototypes and custom hardware solutions in accordance with project specifications.
  • Perform analog electronic circuit simulations using SPICE software.
  • Lead component selection, analysis, prototyping, verification, debugging, documentation, and testing activities.
  • Conduct constraint-driven, high-frequency, and low-noise multi-layer PCB designs.
  • Perform root cause analysis of failures, present findings, and provide feedback to optimize existing designs.
  • Verify functionality and performance of new designs using laboratory test equipment, custom instrumentation, and test setups.
  • Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on PCB designs to evaluate and quantify Performance Levels (PL) of safety-related functions dependent on hardware reliability.
  • Develop test plans to validate electronic systems against design requirements and specifications.
  • Perform PCB rework to support testing and failure analysis activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, including software, firmware, mechanical, integration, and testing engineers.
