Our employees work across a fleet of full spectrum Electronic Warfare stimulators engaged in testing the world's most advanced electronic warfare systems. You'll be among the brightest minds, working on the aerospace and defense industry's most difficult challenges along with fellow team members in developing, integrating, and validating complex scenarios. Day-to-day work will engage you with our program teams, developing highly sophisticated Electronic Warfare systems as they undergo rigorous laboratory testing and verification to ensure BAE delivers hardware that meets today's challenging threat environment. In this role you will:
- Develop scenarios for our Combat Electromagnetic Environment Simulators (CEESIMs).
- Program threat waveforms based on intelligence data.
- Work with programs to define scenario requirements for test and verification.
- Assist programs in troubleshooting throughout integration process.
- Work in a laboratory environment with RF hardware.
Work is performed across our campuses in Nashua, NH and Manchester, NH, with an opportunity to be based out of either site. This is a full-time and on-site position.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor of Science Degree with minimum work experience of:
- 6+ Years with BS
- 4+ Years with MS
- 2+ Year with PHD
- Knowledge of RF EW concepts and threat radars.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience using AFSIM, JIMM, and EWIRDB.
- Experience with CEESIMs.
- Proficient in C/C++, and Matlab
- Linux experience.
- Scripting and algorithm development experience.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
