Job Responsibilities:
Job Purpose
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electronic controls of automated production equipment and electrical equipment installations.
Duties and responsibilities - Job Specific
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic equipment and programming of carriers, carousel, and robots.
Install new equipment on carriers, carousel and robots.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic equipment on assembly line equipment.
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair automated delivery systems.
Design and construction of new electrical and electronic equipment.
Assist engineering, mechanical and tooling personnel with their duties if needed.
Assist in documentation of all equipment.
Understand the sequence of all automation in order to reduce downtime.
Must be able to read, understand and troubleshoot all machine programs.
Duties and responsibilities - Standard
Respond to all line calls in a timely matter.
Assist maintenance team in EWO completion.
Validate changes as needed.
Communicate shift issues with coworkers.
Process and complete all PM's and work orders within assign timeline.
Clean up work areas as needed and return all hardware, tools and material back to original location.
Clean and sweep area as required.
Qualifications
Licensed Industrial Electrician (442A) (Preferred) or Electronic Engineering Technologist Certificate.
Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Programming experience and troubleshooting with PLC's, preferable Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 and PLC-5 series, ABB and/or FANUC Robot Systems. 3-4 years experience in field or equivalent.
Must be able to discern colors and shades.
