Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports that fuel mission‑critical eligibility workflows
- Research, establish, and maintain eligibility connections that enhance our platform’s intelligence
- Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities that improve product performance and customer outcomes
- Collaborate closely with other analysts to build and document standards, best practices, and advanced tooling approaches
- Contribute your ideas, curiosity, and analytical strength to a team focused on innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries for Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Highly analytical, detail‑oriented thinker with a passion for solving complex problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
- Understanding of ANSI 270/271 transactions is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement is a plus
