Build the future! Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is looking for a permanent, full-time Data Analyst to join our eligibility analysis team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
- Do research and seek out/establish/maintain eligibility connections.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with other analysts to develop and document best practices, standards, and tool usage
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Proficiency writing queries for Microsoft SQL Server required
- Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, R, or similar
- Understanding of ANSI 270/271 is a plus
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement is a plus
- Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Capable of solving complex problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
