Job Family Summary:
The job family for this role is Plant Technicians. The roles within this job family are responsible for maintaining high levels of productivity and quality performance in our manufacturing plants. This includes ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and instrumentation equipment, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular maintenance tasks.
Job Description:
The PST - Electrical & Instrumentation/Electrician role is vital to the daily operations of our manufacturing plants. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and instrumentation, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to minimize downtime. This role falls under the BTA band level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports and assists in executing strategies in team / organization.
- Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
- Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team / organization with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
- Collaborates and networks effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Works under direct supervision, follows well-defined precedents and policies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience with electrical systems and instrumentation in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to follow procedures and policies closely while also being able to think critically when needed.
