Regional Supervisor - Electrical BasedTauranga, New Zealand
Overview of Business Unit
The team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.
Job Purpose
Complete Electrical tasks as required across Tauranga/BOP Area
Key Accountabilities
Complete Electrical & HVAC tasks as required
Identify opportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager
Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing
Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements
Any other duties as required by your manager
Key Measures of Performance
All works completed within timeframes to standard required
Logon and logoff KPI achievement
Completed works accurately recorded and send to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames.
Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager
Internal and external customer satisfaction

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Trade qualified, ideally with two year’s commercial maintenance experience
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Qualified and experienced Electrical Technician
Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms beneficial
Commercial maintenance experience
Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use of Smartphones/tablets
HVAC Servicing experience
PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Good English spoken and written communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines
